Wakilisha Publishing's was founded by two young women, Kerubo Osoro and Catherine Mungai, who wanted to fill the void left by major publishing and media companies in regard to writings and news of the African Diaspora.
Our vision is to create a platform to profile the voices of the young African Diaspora by collectively representing their accomplishments, journeys, and concerns in this new society and we purpose to both encourage and provide role models to the upcoming generation whilst bringing recognition to and about this community.
Our mission is to promote the value of the African community in the Diaspora as we have been silent for far too long.
